Board game project
In this project, we had to use electricity to create a board game. We had different team members with different roles, with the ultimate goal of giving our 5th grade buddies a fun learning game. I was the Team Lead in the group. This means that I had to manage all of my group members and give them instructions to help complete the board game when it was due. I also had to fill in for other people in my team. I filled in for our Research Specialist to create all of the questions, I had to help with designing and gluing the circuitry, and I had to design the board game top. On the right, you can see our final project. It is called, "Mr.Monopoly Goes Bankrupt." The main idea is that all players have to go to the end of the board game and back, along with getting bonuses and dealing with challenges along the way.

COmic Book Project
For our Energy Comic Book project, we had to create characters and a story based on different types of energy. For my main character, Akio, he could harness mechanical energy. This meant that he could increase the kinetic energy in his body to have super strength. We also had to develop energy transfers to put in our comic book. Akio could store the chemical energy he obtained from eating food in his body as potential energy, then use it later. We also had to create other characters which used some type of energy. The two villains of my book harnessed electrical energy and thermal energy which they used to fight with. Aside from focusing on the physics and science of this project, we had to make a good story. We created plot twists, rising actions, introductions to characters, background info, a conclusion, and more. We created covers, and went over our comics in sharpie for the final draft.
